Marc Bushala

Leads the Idlewood Group, an affiliate of MAB Capital Management, as the developer of the Prairie Club. Marc has 35+ years of experience in real estate, food & beverage, brand development and CPG in the US and Europe.

Frank Stork

Is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 25 years in the real estate and hospitality industry where he is focused on boutique hotels, experiential hospitality and luxury resorts.

Bruce Mau

Is a world-renowned Canadian designer, author, and educator. He centers his practice on "life-centered design," an optimistic, holistic philosophy that extends design thinking beyond traditional branding and graphics into large-scale systemic, environmental, and social challenges.

Al Vallejo

With three decades of hospitality pulsing through his veins and a decade distilling brand magic at SIP, he is where soul meets strategy. Thinks like a designer, markets like a mogul, and moves like a maestro through venues, campaigns, and conversations.

Master Plan —
Hart Howerton

In October 2023, we engaged the renowned design firm of Hart Howerton (HH) as the project’s master plan and landscape architect. With offices in both New York and San Francisco, HH specializes in resort design, and has completed a significant number of marquis resort projects both in the US and internationally, which made them a compelling choice for the Prairie Club project. In collaboration with the development team, HH recently completed its initial master plan concept design for the project.

Olson Kundig (OK) is a Seattle, WA-based full-service architecture firm with extensive experience in, among other practice areas, hospitality design and resorts. The firm recently opened an office in Chicago to better support projects like the Prairie Club in the Midwest. OK prides itself on integrating architecture, craftsmanship and nature into its designs. The firm’s hospitality portfolio includes Moonlight Basin (MT) and Sagecliffe Resort & Spa (WA).
